today was the last day of work... sad!!! the kids were 100 times more cute than ever!!! I AM GOING TO MISS THEM!!! Then met cz at novena, starbucks, ate prata then watched the wedding game with cass, cheryl liew, cz and jeannette to pass time and then go plaza sing for 1E3 gathering. it was FUN AND BETTER THAN EXPECTED :P I am going to miss all of them!!! IT WAS FUN :D Then at jeannette's house now staying up to anticipate the 8am moment. Hahaha!

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!

I can actually feel the all the breakfasts, lunches, dinners and SNACKS I've been consuming throughout this holiday taking their permanent residence at my arms, thighs, tummy and buttock. I can literally see plates of rice, potato chips, burgers, etc. bulging out from around my body. I bet that's a little too much description for one to take.

The bottom line is that:

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!

Time and again, I planned for myself a diet program. And time and again, I never fail to dismiss within the first few hours of the schedule. I lack motivation. :S

I was born into a family which unfortunately has a history of stroke, hypertension and diabetes. Aka all of them are OBESE-RELATED diseases. I thank God, though, that my family never had history of cancer or other more critical diseases. However, I am very prone to obesity. And so I am at a high risk of getting VERY VERY FAT if I don't control my eating habits... the worst may happen. And I'll look like a gigantic ball of fat rolling around.

And so...

I have decided to exercise regularly (and really this time!) and eat NO CARBS at all. Protein in moderation and lots of fruits and veggies! :P

I'll see if I can pass through tmr. :S

It's about time I give an update in my blog. (:

iPod's really bugging me cuz I've just got it replaced (again!) yesterday and it made the same clicking noise from the hard drive. And this time, the songs pauses vy itself for no apparent reason. That aside, I'm okay :P

So... Yesterday Jeannette and I worked and celebrated CNY with the kids!

They're so cute in their cheongsam and everything :P

Watched Changeling and Bride Wars with Jeannette afterwards. Entertaining apart from the great influx of students at the cinema! :S
